Video Content and Client Storytelling for RFPIO

RFPIO needed a video series to show the positive impact of their technology and their team. In collaboration with the RFPIO marketing team, Superneat delivered video content strategy and post-production for video captured at two RFPIO user conferences, transforming event footage into moving stories.

Client Goals

Headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, RFPIO is a collaborative response management platform helping organizations streamline business proposal efforts. As the industry’s first artificial intelligence (AI) enabled solution, RFPIO uses its dynamic answer library and patented import technology to transform processes for those responding to RFPs, security questionnaires, SOWs, grants, and other business queries.

RFPIO needed a video series to show the positive impact of their technology and their team. They wanted to highlight customer experiences in a fresh content medium that would offer further validation for their product while honoring the successes of their customers.

They engaged Superneat Marketing to lead post-production from videos captured at two RFPIO user conferences and turn this event footage into moving stories.

Solution

Superneat Marketing worked together with the RFPIO marketing team to develop a video content strategy that demonstrated the RFPIO impact through the voices of their happy customers.

From last year’s user conference video footage, Superneat extracted compelling interview sound bites that aligned with three themed topics. Within each theme, a long video edit and five short social media edits were produced.

Video distribution strategy included recommendations for video placements on the website and email nurture programs. Superneat mapped out a blog distribution strategy for upcoming content publications, along with a social media strategy to amplify video content and consistently increase brand awareness.

The Superneat team also produced an experiential montage edit for RFPIO user conferences, featuring customer interviews and B-roll of panel discussions, networking, attendees and team members interactions. This user conference video was spotlighted on the landing page to promote 2019 conferences and integrated into their social media strategy to drive event registrations.
