To uncover and capture CSG Pro’s personality, Superneat combed through reviews and noticed a client nicknamed them the “data wizards.” Superneat ran with the wizard theme, adding custom illustrations to distinguish their website.

Superneat developed a strategy to keep weekly blog and video content in the rotation and also ease the internal resource burden with constant production. Soon after launching the improved content plan and the new website, the CSG Pro leadership team was blown away by how rapidly their email and YouTube audiences grew.
