Pacific Patrol Services (PPS) is an unarmed security provider who has served Portland’s downtown commercial, residential, industrial, and governmental organizations since 2002. The PPS team builds better communities by combining established security practices with a modern policing approach to promote safety and well-being.
Pacific Patrol Services needed a content marketing strategy to win new business and attract talent. Without a company website, they were unable to tell the Pacific Patrol Services story and explain their security services. They wanted a refined brand messaging strategy to modernize their brand and prepare their company for future growth.
They engaged Superneat Marketing to establish a new website and messaging strategy, with an educational blog campaign that demonstrated their value-add.
Superneat Marketing developed a website from the ground-up, complete with a forward-thinking marketing strategy that included launching a new blog.
Before building multiple content assets, Superneat began with messaging foundations. Superneat collaborated with the PPS leadership team to develop personas. An internal team survey was conducted to take the pulse of the brand from the employee’s perspective. Everything from the company boilerplate to the mission statement was revised to reflect the future direction of PPS.
Once the messaging foundations were refined, Superneat used these insights when creating the content strategy. The persona-driven website content engaged the PPS customer directly, addressing their unique goals and challenges.
The 6-month blog campaign strategy focused on solution-oriented content to appeal to the PPS audience and support the complexities of their day-to-day roles. Superneat produced 12 how-to blogs customized for these various personas—automating publication and social sharing over a 6-month time period.
Superneat created additional content assets for PPS, from sales collateral to employee onboarding tool, to help them bring cohesiveness to their company content using the refreshed brand messaging strategy.
When the website went live, PPS employees and the leadership team had a new digital presence they did not have before. This evolution of their brand set them on a new path, one that showed the value they brought to the table.
