Conversion-Optimized Website and SEO for First Insight

First Insight needed a high-performing website to maximize SEO opportunities and conversions. The Superneat team built a conversion-optimized website to drive results and demonstrate First Insight as a complete solution for eye care professionals.

Client Goals

First Insight is a healthcare technology organization in Hillsboro, Oregon that has supported eye care professionals for more than 25 years. They offer a complete solution for optometrists and ophthalmologist that includes: MaximEyes EHR, practice management software, image management, and optometric billing services at Fast Pay Health.

First Insight needed a high-performing website to maximize SEO opportunities and conversions. They wanted a modernized design and simplified navigation that aligned with their organizational purpose to bring more focus to eye care professionals. The backend of the website also had to be intuitive for the internal team to use on a day-to-day basis.

First Insight had already been working with Superneat Marketing for six months on SEO optimization for their existing content. They engaged Superneat to build a website that increased results and helped them stand out in a competitive market.

Solution

Superneat Marketing built a conversion-optimized website to drive results and demonstrate First Insight as a complete solution for eye care professionals.

The existing website was challenging for navigation for both the internal team and external visitors. The new and improved First Insight website was created with simplification as a primary goal, from content consolidation to website menu restructuring.

Superneat set up a new WordPress install, hosting, and custom responsive template and remapped all URLs to eliminate crawl issues. We consolidated duplicate content and reworked site navigation for a better user experience. We migrated existing content into a new template, a sizable undertaking that included over 100 webpages and blog posts.

We built a new website template with modern design elements that aligned with the First Insight brand. The website design was responsive for mobile usage and conversion-optimized to increase product demo requests technical SEO was implemented on all imported content.

During website turnover, Marketing & Communications Director Donna Lehmann was thrilled to see how easy it was for her to use the backend of the website to publish new blog content and tweak page content.
